How we work with you
Candidates
Concordia’s service is “unique in the recruitment industry” – we offer you an initial career consultation without any obligation. We are different because we listen to you and we take the time to understand your aspirations, your skills and your personality. Unlike the majority of recruitment companies, we will never advise you to leave your current employer if we believe it not to be in your best interests at the time.
With our vast array of well honed contacts across the profession, Concordia is fully equipped to introduce you to appropriate firms approved by you. We can open doors for you into small, medium sized and large firms of accountants and we will give you full information on the respective firm(s) as well as interview preparation and guidance as required. Concordia will work in your best interests from start to finish and observe maximum discretion at all times.
Clients
Concordia offers a broad range of strategic solutions, both contingency and search based.
A Director will be your point of contact throughout the whole process and we will dedicate the time and focus to bring you a shortlist of the highest quality and a successful completion. To this end, you will have round the clock direct access to your point of contact. Whilst your Director will undertake the work for you in a “hands-on” capacity, you will benefit from the behind-the-scenes input of our in-house research team as required.
